• Supervise a small team
• Ensure workflows, SOPs and guidelines are executed in accordance with the funding policy
• Able to contextualise problems/issues and propose a solution
• Coordinate with internal divisions and vendors to support system development projects
• Able to manage different levels of stakeholders and clients
• Attend to appeals and enquiries on grant applications and claims
• Collate and analyse statistics for management reporting
• Collaborate with partnering teams to implement service standards and provide inputs for service improvements
• Monitor process outcomes and create performance data for reporting
• Other ad-hoc projects as may be required
