Job Description

Graduates joining the business in a Graduate role will engage in all elements of the ADVANCE program. The program is designed to introduce and build essential business and personal skills, helping to enhance the transition from student to professional.

Graduates are assigned duties that will provide a broad, well-rounded learning experience within the field they are joining at Graduate entry level.

The ADVANCE program lasts approximately 24 months; successful completion is used as an indicator of strong performance in line with other performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting Quantity Surveying staff for Assets (Buildings Team) on both pre-contract and post-contract deliverables.
• Undertakes responsibilities under the supervision of a more senior Project Surveyor.
