Generate periodic data of all GS students through updating the current students lists based on checking each student transcript to get access to accurate information.
Monitor the academic transcript processes, such as re-enrollment, as well as determining and changing majors.
Audit students’ academic records, including verifying grades, GPAs, and academic standing.
Prepare statistics for enrolled, registered, and graduated students, and provide them to relevant parties as needed.
Prepare reports related to enrolled, registered, and graduated students, and notify relevant university departments with the required student information.
Prepare receiving documents from the colleges about the students’ cases in accordance with regulations and policies for the Department Head to present to the Student Cases Committee.
