The Office of Graduate Programs troubleshoots for, advises, and monitors graduate student progress toward degree completion. This position advises students about thesis/dissertation preparation and electronic submittal and performs preliminary and final checks. Answers general policy questions. Prepares correspondence, reports, and forms. Answers the telephone, take messages and responds to requests. Researches information and performs some analysis.
