Provide day-to-day IT support to staff across design, production, warehousing, and administration. 
Assist with setup, configuration, and maintenance of hardware (PCs, handheld scanners, printers, sewing machine interfaces, RFID/barcode readers). 
Support ERP/MES (Enterprise Resource Planning / Manufacturing Execution Systems) used for production planning, inventory, and quality control. 
Monitor and maintain network connectivity between manufacturing floors, offices, and warehouses. 
Troubleshoot issues with specialized manufacturing software (e.g., CAD for apparel, PLM systems, pattern design applications). 
Assist in rolling out IT projects, including digital transformation initiatives, IoT devices on factory floor, and system upgrades. 
Support data collection and reporting from production systems for management decision-making. 
Maintain documentation of IT assets, support logs, and troubleshooting procedures.
