Heritage Ministries is in growth mode and currently seeking a Graduate Practical Nurse (GPN) to join our team! The Graduate Practical Nurse (GPN) is responsible for supervising the nursing care of residents on assigned units. They will provide appropriate evaluation of resident condition/and documents, communicating vital information to appropriate personnel.
