Position overview

This will be a full-time long-term Graduate Mentor position with scope to go permanent at a Mixed Secondary School & Sixth Form in South West London.

Working hours for this Graduate Mentor post will be 8am to 4pm.

Responsibilities

• Act as a mentor for vulnerable students through effective role‐modeling, forming positive relationships and utilising creative approaches which provide them with the skills to be successful and happy.
• Provide targeted interventions and support to students within the key stage and contribute to the raising standards agenda.
