Scheduling Management: Oversee the center’s scheduling activities, including assigning owners, booking resources, and effectively communicating with requestors to ensure smooth operations.
Hospitality and Visitor Experience: Welcome and greet customers, partners, and influencers upon arrival, ensuring they are comfortable and well‑attended to prior to their briefings.
Assist the Customer Experience Lead team with event planning and execution as required.
Customer Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with local facilities, catering companies and security teams to ensure a seamless experience for all visitors. Deliver a world‑class experience by setting up rooms, creating welcome packs, printing labels for events, and gathering visitor feedback.
Inventory Management: Conduct regular physical inventory checks at the center and update inventory records in the inventory management tool.
