We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Graduate to support the day-to-day operations of the finance function. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, expenses, and payments, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and supporting month-end activities and continuous process improvements within the finance team, with a strong runway for ongoing increased responsibility as the role develops.

Responsibilities:

* Receive, verify, and record invoices to ensure they match purchase orders and receipts, preventing duplicate or unauthorised payments.

* Schedule and process vendor payments via cheque, ACH, or wire transfer, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
