Track updates and developments from key authorities, including Dubai Land Department, RERA, DEWA, Dubai Civil Defence, Security Industry Regulatory Agency, Dubai Development Authority.
Assess the operational impact of regulatory developments on Kaizen AMS departments, including Leasing, Operations, Property Management, Facilities Management, Sales, Brokerage, and Finance.
