Our client, a premier global low firm, is seeking a Government Relations Coordinator to join their busy team in the Washington, DC office! Responsibilities: Schedule meetings with clients and government officials/offices for the Government Relations team. Book travel arrangements and prepare/process expense reports. Coordinate fly-in days for clients by scheduling meetings on Capitol Hill and additional meetings/logistics. Plan and execute events and political fundraisers for the firm. Prepare quarterly lobbying disclosure reports. Provide support with tracking billable time entries and deadlines. Additional special projects and tasks as required. Qualifications: 3-4+ years of administrative support experience required; Capitol Hill experience highly preferred. A bachelor's degree is required.
