About the Role

The Governance & Communications Lead drives disciplined operational governance and change, effective internal communication and strong organizational engagement across WebBeds Operations functions. The role safeguards the integrity of decision‑making processes, strengthens transparency, orchestrates structured communication channels and drives high‑quality employee engagement initiatives in partnership with HR. This role will translate “what we’re doing” into “what everyone understands and acts on”, reinforcing Operations readiness, alignment and consistency, enabling better performance, clarity, and connectivity across all sites and teams.
