Participate in formulating the factory's mid-to-long term development strategy and annual business plan, and take full responsibility for factory operations (production, quality, equipment, logistics) performance, cost control, and profit target achievement.
Coordinate and promote the implementation of group strategy, driving special initiatives such as lean production, technical improvement, and quality enhancement.
Lead major investment/capacity expansion projects, effectively controlling capital expenditure.
Act as the factory's representative to interface with headquarters senior management and key external partners (clients, government agencies, suppliers). Under conditions of being away from headquarters, independently handle major factory emergencies (e.g., equipment breakdown, quality stoppage, material shortage, labor disputes), make decisive decisions, and effectively control risks.
