Job Description
1) Provide professional golf instruction to players of all skill levels (beginners to advanced)
2) Plan and conduct individual and group coaching sessions
3) Teach golf fundamentals including grip, stance, swing mechanics, short game, and putting
4) Analyse players' swings and techniques, using video or training aids where appropriate
5) Develop customised training programmes based on players' goals and abilities
6) Conduct on-course coaching to improve course management and game strategy
7) Ensure safe practice environments and proper use of golf facilities and equipment
8) Monitor player progress and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations
9) Assist players in preparation for tournaments or competitions
10) Promote golf programmes, clinics, and coaching services to members or customers
