The opportunity

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Global Tax Manager (m/w/d), based in our office in Barcelona who wants to contribute to the growth and success of our Company.

As our Global Tax Manager, you will be the definitive authority on global tax for the Group. Reporting to the CFO and working closely with our Private Equity stakeholders and Tax advisors, you will bridge the gap between high-level tax planning and operational execution. You will be responsible for navigating the complexities of European travel VAT (Art. 74-ter / TOMS) while structuring our expansion into new markets.

Success in the first 12 months

• Months 0-3: Complete a full audit of current indirect tax processes; establish a Day 1 working relationship with Private Equity partners, external advisors and Company internal stakeholders.
