As the dedicated Talent Acquisition Expert for the Client Service BU, you will serve as the strategic hiring advisor to business leaders across global markets, partnering closely with stakeholders to drive workforce planning, talent strategy, and organizational growth. You will own the end‑to‑end talent strategy for one of the company's largest and most business‑critical business units, ensuring we continue to attract exceptional talent across all Client Service functions globally.
This is not a traditional recruiting role. Beyond delivering hires, you will provide market intelligence, influence hiring decisions, optimize hiring strategies, and help build high‑performing Client Service teams across multiple regions.
