Job Summary

Primary responsible for the tripping requests and updating of system data. He/she is also in charge of coordination of submission of official receipts/service invoice, validation of incentives, and compliance of requirements for BIR.

Duties and Responsibilities

SALES SUPPORT

• Proper coordination of ISG’s submission of official receipt/service invoice (monthly), BIR 2307 (quarterly) and Sworn Declaration (annual).
• Validation of sellers’ incentives based on the promo mechanics.
• Verification of released incentives for buyers’ TOR, TOP, and refund requests.
• Responsible for bank account tagging to ensure timely release of commissions.
