About The Role As a CBRE Reliability Program Director, you will lead the team and programs responsible for optimizing the performance and reliability of MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) systems while ensuring continuity, uptime, and quality control across all properties. You will combine engineering operations leadership with reliability engineering discipline to monitor, analyze, and resolve system and infrastructure issues—especially within mission-critical operational environments—and drive consistent preventive maintenance and repair performance.
