Introduction

We are looking for a Global Product Specialist, HPGR to join our Services Business Area. In this role, you will lead global improvements for High Pressure Grinding Roll (HPGR) wear and spare components while serving as a key technical liaison across business lines. You will play a critical role in improving equipment reliability, optimizing product performance, and supporting customers worldwide. You will report to the Global Product Manager.

This role is based in Mesa or Morenci, Arizona, with flexibility considered for the right candidate willing to relocate. It includes frequent travel to customer and mine sites, requiring hands‑on equipment inspections, maintenance support, data collection, and customer engagement activities.
