            Procurement Manager  Responsibilities  Develop local procurement strategy & annual plan; drive localization (Local Content) to reduce cost & ensure compliance; align with global/China HQ strategy 
Manage marketing & event procurement (materials, exhibitions, launches); control marketing budget & ROI 
Handle after-sales parts & service supplies procurement; build local supply chain to improve delivery & reduce inventory 
Source & localize factory components; manage supplier qualification & supply chain with production/quality teams 
End-to-end supplier management (development, evaluation, relationship, optimization & cost down) 
Execute procurement (RFQ, negotiation, contracting); establish price benchmark & control costs 
Monitor market intelligence (pricing, supply, policy) to support decision-making 
 Requirements  Proficiency in business English for negotiation
