Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Assist with Global Help Desk tickets and projects, including documenting and improving processes within the Global Help Desk and IT teams.
  • Configure Windows and Mac hardware for end-users, ensuring smooth onboarding and technology access for new hires.
  • Support hardware inventory management, hardware disposal, and inventory updates to maintain operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver innovative, resilient solutions and value-add services aligned with BizTech’s priorities.
  • Contribute to process documentation and knowledge sharing to enhance team efficiency and employee experience.
