•Follow and track latest industry and digital trends and reflect these within the company’s digital ecosystem
•Understand customer needs as well as market and business needs, and translate them into a comprehensive strategy
•Translate strategy into detailed user journeys and leverage these journeys to create digital assets and playbooks
•Supervise and oversee work provided by digital agencies in collaboration with global teams, agencies, and markets
•Distribute and roll-out platforms, playbooks and digital assets to markets and support with execution
•Partner with IT to develop cutting-edge platforms and websites for web applications and services that address business and customer needs
•Define KPI frameworks to continuously measure effectiveness and improve performance, and use them to create dashboards for monitoring progress or take decisions
