Role Overview
The Global Category Manager – Electronics is responsible for defining and executing global category strategies for electronic components (e.g., PCBAs, electrical components, motors). The role ensures cost competitiveness, supply security, and strong supplier performance while supporting business needs, including new product development. He or she will be required to based in Shanghai China.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for electronics categories, aligned with business and product requirementsLead supplier selection, RFQ processes, and contract negotiations to achieve best value and performanceManage strategic supplier relationships, driving improvements in quality, delivery, and costCollaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to support production and NPD activitiesDrive cost optimisation initiatives (TCO, VA/...
