As part of our strategic growth, we are hiring a new Global Business Line (BL) Controller for both our Low Voltage Drives and Motors & Generators Services Business Lines in Motion Services. The role is open globally, with preferred location in Helsinki, Finland. Willingness to travel up to 30% of time yearly and a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted financial advisor to the Business Line Managers and leadership teams, contributing strategic input to both Business Lines and Division-level strategy development and execution.
• Own the Business Lines' long-term and annual financial planning cycle; assess financial feasibility of strategic initiatives and drive accountability for achieving performance targets through data-driven insights.
