General Summary
Achieve targeted sales goals and objectives within the territory by presenting, promoting and selling Candela Glace product line and associated consumables to physicians and/or other customers as dictated by respective state regulations in a defined sale.
Essential Job Functions
- Increase to, or maintain, a high level of Glace unit sales production every quarter.
- Consult with medical professionals regarding product benefits to patients, and ROI to practice.
- Prospect and identify new account opportunities.
- Pipeline Development:
- Maintain a specified dollar amount in qualified business every quarter.
- Identify new accounts each quarter that are actively seeking to invest in new technology.
- Schedule and execute Glace product demonstrations with involvement of Clinical Educator.
- Present Glace in a compliant, professional, knowledgeable, ethical and sincere manner.
