What You'll Do:

As Payroll Manager you will be responsible for overseeing posting of monthly entries, and reconciling payroll journals, payroll accruals, ensuring a full reconciliation between all information provided by the Human Resources team and the accounting system (SAP). You will be responsible for the accounting for all payroll related subjects.

Your role will require you to work closely with the People departments in the different countries, in order to optimize and standardize the integration of all payrolls into our financial accounts. This will also require a reasonable understanding of the specifics by country in which we operate.

As team lead, you will have to organize the tasks for the team dedicated to the payroll process, ensuring that they are fully mobilized and creating a positive working atmosphere.
