About us:
The Geographic Information System (GIS) Division, part of Burlington's Planning & Community Development Department, was established in June 2000 by City Council approval. The division leads the development of the Burlington Area Regional GIS (ReGIS), serving the municipalities of Burlington, Graham, and Elon.

What you will do:
The employee in this class is responsible to maintain, update and assign City addressing for inclusion in E911 and City Enterprise software systems; maintain and update GIS data sets and related information, including production of mapping products for internal and external use.
