Localisation : Montréal Rive Sud / Rive Nord et Centre-ville

Salaire : 120 000 $ – 150 000 $

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 15 people, including a majority of Commercial Insurance Account Directors.
• Develop and execute the business development strategy.
• Establish and enforce the compliance policy, a core element of the firm.
• Provide training and coaching for the mid‑market and large accounts teams.
