German Speaking Airline Contact Centre Agent:

The Reservations Agents will be mainly assisting customers over the phone with every query related to any service the

business provides.

Main duties and responsibilities:

We are looking for Airline Contact Centre Agents to join one of our sections in the airline industry. Ideal candidates

will be given full training and will be assisting customers via phone, social media, chatbox, and emails. The section

Requirements:

Technical skills: familiar with knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word

Fluency in German (C1) and English (C1)
