Responsibilities

• To establish Virbac's commercial strategy for the next three years as projected in the 3-Year Operating Plan (3YOP) for the farm animal segment.
• To execute the budget and business unit plan for farm animals to achieve the established objectives.
• To agree upon and establish a work plan with the distribution channel, key accounts, and new channels in accordance with Virbac's commercial policies.
• To ensure the execution of global marketing plans.
• To establish the business unit's growth approach with current and new clients.
