Job Description
The successful candidate will assist in the planning, setup and execution of geotechnical field investigations for Transportation and Rail projects
- Supervise geotechnical drilling operations including SPT and CPT testing, in-situ geotechnical testing, soils strata logging and soil sample logging
- Conduct asphalt and concrete coring operations
- Observe and record site conditions, drainage patterns and construction operations
- Support for laboratory and factual reporting teams
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver project objectives on time and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, and health & safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology Degree
