**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Functional Specialist Advisor / GEOINT Business Analyst** to join our team in **Springfield, VA.**

The Functional Specialist Advisor / GEOINT Business Analyst will leverage their strong technical background and knowledge to support data collection activities, to include conducting engagement strategy sessions with partners, participating in geospatial requirements reviews, and maintaining validated GEOINT needs of the community.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Leading and facilitating strategy sessions, working groups, and outreach visits with Intelligence Community (IC), DoD, and civil partners to validate and document GEOINT needs.
+ Translating complex all-source intelligence needs into validated GEOINT requirements for storage and analysis in master databases such as GIMS, RMS, or PRISM.
