GIS Specialist/Analyst

2+ years contract

100% Remote

**Client laptop will be provided**. Any other equipment is expected to be provided by the employer of record (i.e. supplier).

There is a requirement to establish the worker's LANID and pick up a laptop at Bishop Ranch. The team has moved to meeting in-person quarterly at Bishop Ranch as well.

Top Skills:

• Perform ortho photointerpretation and change detection analysis using LiDAR and/or Ortho derived building footprints.
• Experience with ArcGIS online (AGOL).
• 5 to 7 years is desired. 1 to 2 years is trainable.

Desired:

• Experience with structure and outdoor public assembly data and research to support Class Location and High Consequence Area analysis per 49 CFR 192.5 and 192.903.
