The HR Geo Services Specialist is responsible for supporting everything from pre‑boarding to off‑boarding, and everything in between as part of the employee lifecycle, furthering the team’s objective of delivering a best‑in‑class employee experience.

• Responsible for talent acquisition of both operations and non‑operations positions (including requisition review, job posting, screening of candidates, interview arrangement and making job offers)
• Act as a point of contact for HR‑related queries from internal stakeholders
• Support the administration of employee lifecycle events (onboarding, transfers, employee requests, contract renewals, work pass renewals and offboarding)
• Collection and processing of incoming employee documentation/records, fulfillment of requests for records, and disposal of documents and records in accordance with the record retention schedule
