            Minimum Requirements: 
Grade 12 (Matric)  essential. 
Trade qualification (Boilermaker, Fitter & Turner, or similar)  advantageous. 
Minimum 5 years experience in a steel service centre or steel processing environment. 
23 years supervisory experience. 
Practical exposure to: hi-def plasma cutting, laser cutting, bending / press brake operations (beneficial). 
Key Responsibilities:
 Ability to read and understand engineering drawings. 
Knowledge of steel grades, tolerances, and processing requirements. 
Basic production planning and reporting computer literacy (ERP systems, Excel  basic). 
Complete daily production and shift reports. 
Record downtime, scrap, and rework. 
Communicate production performance and issues to management. 
Enforce compliance with the OHS Act and company safety procedures.
