Description
- Undertakes sales planning based on a thorough study of company business environment:
- Gathers and analyzes environmental data;
- Prepares sales forecasts using various techniques;
- Formulates creative and innovative sales strategies; and
- Prepares challenging but doable Sales Plan for various products
- Ensures the proper and timely implementation of the Sales Plans by all concerned and the attainment of the division’s sales targets.
- Oversees the efficient management of the following work processes to facilitate the attainment of sales targets
- Works closely with the Marketing Unit for the sales marketing requirements and coordinates with other units for the division’s needs.
- Facilitates the development of a cohesive and high performing Sales Team
