Primary Healthcare: Provide immediate medical care, first aid, and emergency response to site personnel.
Health & Safety: Conduct medical fitness assessments, manage work‑related illnesses and injuries, and assist in emergency evacuations to nearby hospitals.
Risk Assessment: Evaluate health hazards on the construction site, including inspecting accommodations, kitchens, and canteens for hygiene standards.
Program Support: Actively participate in the site's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) program, including training and inductions for new employees.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for all site personnel.
Communication: Liaise with the HSE Officer and other management to ensure compliance with safety policies and to report on health‑related matters.
