            Requirements:  
Matric / Grade 12 (minimum) 
Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Retail Management, Logistics, Operations, or related field 
Additional certifications in Health & Safety, Fuel & Retail Operations, Facilities Management, or Finance (advantageous) 
Minimum 10 years management experience in:Retail petroleum industry 
Service station and truck stop facility operations 
Retail or convenience store operations 
Logistics, transport depot, or fleet yard operations 
 
Proven experience in staff leadership, financial control, compliance, and operations management 
Knowledge of POS systems, fuel systems, security systems, and reporting platforms 
Experience with WinBranch, Namos, and SAP Retail systems 
Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills 
Strong knowledge of labour laws and MIBCO requirements
