Qualifications

• Previous General Manager experience within a branded hotel environment
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Hyatt, Wyndham, or similar hotel brands
• Strong operational, financial, and leadership skills
• Proven success driving guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and profitability
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
• Candidates must currently reside in Canada or possess recent Canadian hotel leadership experience
