Position Overview

The General Manager (GM) is responsible for the overall operation, profitability, safety, and brand reputation of the wakeboarding park. The GM oversees daily operations, staff management, guest experience, maintenance, financial performance, and business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily wake park operations including cable system, docks, and equipment.
• Recruit, train, and supervise instructors, dock staff, and maintenance crew.
• Manage operating budget, monitor revenue, and control expenses.
• Ensure safety standards, emergency protocols, and compliance procedures are followed.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and coordinate repairs when necessary.
