KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Managing organisational goals and strategic direction 
Full staff management, including development and performance oversight 
Annual production planning and execution 
Managing and controlling all production activities 
Cost-effective management of production-related processes 
Compiling and managing annual budgets 
Implementing and improving systems and processes 
Quality control and maintaining high standards 
Overseeing all production-related administration 
Ensuring sound management practices across all departments 
 
REQUIREMENTS: 
 
Tertiary qualification in Agriculture or a related field 
Proven track record in production management (stone fruit production experience) 
Strong leadership and people management skills
