About the job General Manager – Sales (Builder Segment)

Role Overview

The General Manager – Sales will drive business growth across large builder accounts and high‑rise projects. This role owns end‑to‑end responsibility for sales strategy, key account management, tendering, negotiations, order closure, billing, and collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue across FPS, FAPA, ELV, CCTV, Digital Locks & Basement Ventilation
• Manage key builder relationships and onboard new accounts PAN India
• Lead tender review, BOQ validation, pricing & commercial negotiations
• Own billing, collections, and outstanding management
• Lead and mentor sales and key account teams
• Ensure accurate MIS, forecasting, and CRM governance
