div h3 Role overview /h3 p This role requires an inspirational leader with proven flair and commercial ability, as well as the skill, energy and determination to drive and develop the business. We're looking for a manager with the experience of developing the standards and reputation of this new gym whilst nurturing a growing membership base and team. /p h3 Responsibilities /h3 ul li Ensure that all policies and procedures in both the Health and Safety Employee Policy and Company Procedures Handbook are adhered to. /li li Responsible for adhering to and maintaining the JD Gyms Brand Standard. /li li Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly safety checks.
