            Responsibilities Assist higher management in the overall execution and delivery of construction projects 
Prepare and review project plans, schedules and specifications 
Provide input on design improvements, cost‑saving measures and construction challenges 
Monitor project budgeting in coordination with estimators and prepare the general conditions budgets 
Set up site offices and manage equipment and resource requirements 
Coordinate with clients, consultants and internal teams while leading construction activities 
Expedite drawings, approvals and regulatory requirements 
Monitor construction progress and update schedules every week 
Identify and communicate design discrepancies or issues to stakeholders 
Lead site meetings and resolve project‑related concerns with all related stakeholders
