Job Summary:
Ramada by Wyndham Aligarh is seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to oversee all aspects of hotel operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, maintaining brand standards, and leading departmental teams to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the overall operations of the hotel.
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy, revenue, and profitability.
Lead and mentor department heads across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, and Finance.
