Oversee all manufacturing departments, including PCB Assembly, Testing, Final Device Assembly, Logistics, Quality Control, and Supply Chain Management. This includes capacity planning, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing corrective/flexible processes for fluctuating market demand, and ensuring consistent product quality.
Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for the plant, aligning with the overall global manufacturing strategy of Rohde & Schwarz. This includes identifying opportunities for growth, innovation, process optimization, and capacity expansion.
Develop and manage the plant budget in line with the approved strategic roadmap. This includes machine investment planning and controlling all relevant plant expenses.
Role-model Lean Manufacturing Principles (Rohde & Schwarz Production System) and drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the plant.
