What you’ll do

• Lead, motivate and develop a high performing team
• Deliver standout member experience and consistently hit KPIs
• Own daily club operations, standards, audits and health & safety
• Drive sales, joiner, revenue and retention performance
• Champion local marketing and bring central campaigns to life
