PURPOSE OF JOB
To guide employees in achieving the strategic goals and ambitions of the organization whilst ensuring that all processes and practices are working in a proper manner. In consultation with the Directors of the business devises plans in order to accomplish specific goals within a defined time frame.

Strategic Planning
- Develops strategic plans for the growth of the region whilst considering the financial, operational and technical capabilities of the business, and then devises plans to bring about a culture of continuous improvement.
- Conducts presentations to both the Directors and to the management team pertaining to the regions, marketing and advertising strategies including all other aspects of the companies processes.
