General Manager – YOTEL Kuala Lumpur

We are looking for a passionate, dynamic and charismatic individual to join us at YOTEL Kuala Lumpur as General Manager.

This role will provide hands‑on leadership for the hotel, live and breathe our values of being Creative, Authentic and Smart.

About the role

The General Manager will have full day‑to‑day operational control with support from our centralised functions in London. They will oversee Revenue, Sales, Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Reservation, and Maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Strong people‑management and leadership skills.
• Hotel rooms experience.
• International brand experience.
• Understanding of hotel revenue management, sales and marketing.
• Pre‑opening experience of a hotel.
