Job Requirements - 8+ years in payments, fintech, or financial services
- 3+ years in senior leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of card schemes and alternative payment methods
- Experience operating in regulated environments. iGaming preferred
- Proven delivery of payment products at scale
- Strong command of PCI DSS, AML, KYC, and cross-border regulation
- P&L ownership with measurable growth results
- Technical fluency to work directly with engineering leadership
- Strong proficiency in integrating AI tools into daily workflows to drive efficiency, quality, and innovation
Preferred Experience - GM, VP Product, or Head of Payments in a gateway or processor
- Direct experience securing EU payment licences
- Active relationships with acquiring banks and PSPs
